David Suzuki will be honoured by the Original People for his leadership in protecting the sacred land and for being a strong voice and advocate for Aboriginal and Treaty rights.

Join in a conversation about the Treaties and why honouring them will build a better future for all of us. Led by Ovide Mercredi, Senior Advisor to the President and former National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations. With participation from: David Suzuki, Elder David Courchene Jr., Elder Charlie Nelson, and community leaders.

Join us for a dynamic panel discussion with: David Suzuki, David Barnard – President and Vice-Chancellor, Elder David Courchene Jr., Aimee Craft – Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law, David R. Boyd – Environmental lawyer, professor, author and expert on human rights and environmental protection. Moderated by Ovide Mercredi.
