Public Invited to Press Conference on First Nation “Spirit Tour” at Canadian Museum for Human Rights, Dec. 10, 2014
All Members of the Public are invited to a Press Conference taking place at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (Bonnie & John Buhler Hall) on December 10, 2014, International Human Rights Day, 10:30 am to 12 pm. Mikinak-Keya – The Spirit Tour, a museum tour from a First Nation perspective, designed by a group of seven First Nation Elders, will be launched.
Elder Dave Courchene, leader and founder of the Turtle Lodge, will lead the presentation explaining the tour.
The event will be livestreaming December 10, starting at 10:30am CST! The live stream will be available at http://bit.ly/1vnx7tF .
